Briefcast is operated as an independent product. By signing in you agree to the terms below. If you don't, don't sign in.

Briefcast generates daily or weekly intelligence briefings using AI, based on the context you supply and the sources you connect. Briefings are best-effort: they can be wrong, stale, or miss important news. Don't treat them as financial, legal, or medical advice.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account — don't share credentials.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the AI gateway.
• No illegal content, harassment, or attempting to extract another user's data.
• No reselling briefings as your own product.

Violations end the account.

When you add a URL, podcast, or newsletter as a source, you're telling us you have the right to consume it. We don't republish full third-party articles — we summarize and link back.

Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Team) bill monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime from Settings — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are case-by-case; email us.

Briefcast is provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions you make based on a briefing. Maximum liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes get an email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
